Cirevam
We can't and there's no point. The GODS engine probably doesn't support anything other than 16-bit color, and even if it does we don't have access to it. Understand that is is several orders of magnitude more difficult than things we're doing now. It would take rewriting key parts of the game that tell the graphics card how to render the game. If you think it's simple, you're wrong: there are computer graphics classes where all you do is make the computer draw objects on the screen without using a GUI of any sort; it's all text-based. It takes weeks to make something as simple as a sphere and a light source. Now imagine how long it would take to code the rendering sequences for a game. With a team of experts working on it. tl;dr version: No.
