I am new to this forum so I don't know much about this stuff. Anyways i am trying to run this game called LEGO Football Mania and it's running well for the most part until you finish a match when the game crashes and an error pops up saying "The D3D device has a non-zero reference count (meaning things were not properly cleaned up)". I am on Windows 10 by the way and I can't find a way around this.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
