So, while building a MOC this morning, several of my black V-sockets snapped in multiple ways. The plus-rod whole on the bottom snapped off from one, the socket part actually shattered off on another, and one of them just snapped in half, and I'm left like

Don't get me started on the second-gen ball sockets. I wonder if there is a way to get replacement parts for the broken ones I own.

There is a website called brick link that sells both complete sets and parts from sets. EBay can work too.

No, I meant for free, like a replacement order for a faulty product.
