Few of the users will know of this but the original RRU Level Editor is no longer being developed. MapCreator is it's replacement. The LevelEditor go to a point where I had to start re-writing scripts to fix issues which only created more problems in another script. This was due to the late introduction of the importer. While 0.5 was a re-build it used chunks of code from 0.4 that were adapted to fill the need of 0.5. I have not made that mistake again with this program, everything in MapCreator will be written from scratch to ensure there are no lose ends. The interface will remain similar to the Level Editor however one difference is with the modes, there are a few more (one mode for each map file). Unlike the LevelEditor I won't be releasing heaps of BETA's, infact the public may only get to try 1 BETA. Testing will be carried out the staff (and maybe the VIP's) Below you will find a development preview.
