Status Update - Lwjgl/opengl

Due to the fact that we no longer have our status updates bar, it looks like I'll have to put crap in my blog. If anyone objects, kindly piss off. I don't care what you do to retaliate. Nothing of value will be lost.

Anyways, first things first. I've reuploaded the lwjgl test and need people on windows to make sure it works. Launch.bat should do it, but if it doesn't, the launcher jar might. The thing with the jar is that it's cross platform. I've just now realized that I didn't add a run.bat to the upload. Doesn't matter really, but for all intents and purposes, it was just java -jar whateveritwascalled.jar. I also need to start remembering to name all my lwjgl jars in the format of projectname.lwjgl.jar.

Someone please test it. It's not terribly important, but I need to know if t works to continue.

I've also started to realize that if in going to use lwjgl, I'll need to learn the OpenGL methods. This scares me a little bit. There's also much more math involved, which was expected. I've been playing around with the glxgears demo and understand that most of the complicated stuff is the actuall OpenGL parts. That, and understanding how game-like programs work, codeflow wise. If anyone has any good OpenGL tutorials, etc they know of, make yourself known. I'll need it. I plan to start of with a front end to that map writing code I've had nothing to do with.
