File Notes
Currently contains two levels! I can't think up names for either of them. They replace "Trouble Tube" (M1070) and "Ejector Sector" (M3040).
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Download and unzip the file
2) Shove the .PUZ files in your Alpha Team directory.
3) Boot up Alpha Team.
4) Load any level you like.
5) Hit ~ N I B L I K <ENTER> . This enables the puzzle editor and debug menu.
6) Click on the LL that's popped up to change it to PE.
7) Hit F3, the "load mission" debug menu.
8. ) Use up and down to select AP_LEVEL1 or AP_LEVEL2. Then hit ENTER to load it.
9) Click PE to turn it back to LL (no cheating!)
10) Good luck!
Further details on actually overwriting the existing levels can be found a) scattered around RRU and b) in the download.
oh right, I can now add images in here and use all sorts of fancy forum code, and give a description! This is a great file system
Replacement for Trouble Tube
This level revolves around AI-abusing the hilariously awful Lurchers. I've given you a lot more than you need to get the level done. I also know that there are varying ways you can use the parts I've given to finish the level. Have fun!
(P.S. This level is best played with the Puzzle Editor on anyway, because then you can instantly stop when Dash hits a Lurcher - which is quite frequently....)
(P.P.S. made a fix to Dash being the one tile off as shown in screenshot and some general gimcrackery going on, oops)
Replacement for Ejector Sector
In this level, you're given absolutely no Direction or Jump tiles. This means you'll instead have to rely on interesting ways to trigger all the devices necessary for the level - at least four of them. (Okay, at least three, if you realise that you don't need Dash if you do a little game abuse. But I only realised that after I finished making the level
This level is probably a great deal easier than Level1, which requires a lot of experimental AI-abuse. In this level, once you've rigged everything up you can see it'll work, because it's all belts and cords.
