For some of my old games I have had to use some programs that modifies the game because our modern graphic cards dont support the games anymore, games like Toy Story 2. For that game I had to use DgVooDoo and DxWnd. but the most interesting one you like to know is DxWnd, It has allot of features i never tested. One of them was texture handeling, I can't find a lot of information about it online but one of the options was Highlight, which caused this to happen. I haven't tested this on my main pc but the fps is unbearable.

It also has some handy standard effects, like there is an option to remove the fog and run the game in windowed mode. Hope this will help you  

I might make a forum post about it but I am still kind of looking if I can make it so you can record the game with obs, mine is crashing when i hook the game for recording. would be helpfull for speedrunning

I was not able to fix the recording, i always use monitor capture but that skips frames. So i used my main pc this time and you can see that I can almost run it flawless. useless af
