Blue Crystal Recharge Seam (and ice textures)

Well I mainly wanted to show off the blue crystal in the recharge seam. I've changed all the crystal textures to a vivid blue to match the blue crystals I'm using. I didn't set them all to blue because I wanted to use that "level" of crystal, I just like blue better than green.

Also the rest of the textures have also been edited. I used the same filters and such on all the textures so some look better than others. I'll be redoing the floors and the water (which you don't see here )
