Frickin' Electric Beams

A version of Frickin Laser Beams in which the beams are made of electricity, rather than lasers. Also see Sci Fi Writers Have No Sense of Scale.

These beams are meant to suspend the Defense Station, and the cylinder is just there for a height reference. The cylinder will be removed when I get the beam scale right and I'll replace the cylinder with a round underbelly or something so the station looks like it's actually floating. I'll probably make it bob up and down a bit too.
