The RRU Pledge - Updated

Original Topic - '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>> I feel as though the 2010 version didn't really apply some core RRU factors, so here's a new one. We, the people of Rock Raiders United, do by solemnly swear our lives and walruses to the almighty power of the Chief. We promise never to break the swear filter in the name of the WAD, and to always have a healthy helping of pizzaz and sandwiches for breakfast, lunch and Actions Stations. Our Mission forever more will be to bust a cap in Sony's collective ass. We shall never forget to turn flowers to teapots, and we shall never let the Berg win a race. We will keep our crystals in stock, our green bricks away from our red bricks, and always let the TV finish talking about Headquarters first. In our greatest intentions, we aim to protect our friends by assaulting the LMB Zombies and the TT Game Slaves with hours and hours of endless "Are You Ready To Le" action, supposing that no Landslides are Occurring at the time. Those who write LEGO as "Legos" shall be sentenced to exile, or will be forced to bake Xiron a waffle. Finally, we shall put an end to the miserable lives of those who dared to play LEGO Friends or Galidor in the only way we see fit; by listening to three hours of Joe talk about his pingas.. In order to keep this community thriving, we will ensure we never deny the existence of tornadoes, declare genocide on foreign countries or double-post and post spam whilst the Keeper of the Pants is around. We do this in the good name of Bricky Studburns. All hail the Infoderpiac. Simply say the pledge once, and you'll become an officially certified RRU member. Please do suggest any changes. Keeper of the Pants, out.2 points -

Blacktron Moon Marathon
General reacted to MaelstromIslander for a topic
I finally made a pack, and its based off one of my favorite themes; Blacktron. I was interested in making this when i looked at RobExplorien's Space Racer pack. I haven't tested it so i guess i could consider this "Work In Progress". Changelog: v0.1 * First Release * Studs on textures are White instead of Black. * Some things are untextured. (explorien mining the rock, lazers, etc.) * Not yet tested! But that doesn't mean it stinks, it just means i haven't used it yet. LRTextures_v9_991919.zip1 point -

Bit of an absurd sentence. I had to come up with some assumptions to make sense of it, and will now inquire about that sentence. 1. Are you playing LEGO Racers on and old PC? 2. Does that PC lack USB ports? 3. Do you own a USB flashdrive? 4. Does that PC have a usable browser and internet connection? 5. Did you try running LEGO Racers on a modern PC?1 point -

You failed to address the issue of becoming a drone from playing TT games stuff and also failed to address what the crime shall be for playing Galidor and Friends (other than permanent irreversible brain damage). Oh, and I think you should include something in here about banishing those who dare to utter the word, "Legos".1 point -

LR: Minifigure Space textures
Jimbob reacted to RobExplorien for a topic
You can download the Alien Pack now. Screenshots of the Insectoids are added too now. The readme included in the download should explain more about the pack. Install them manually or be smart and use JimbobJeffers's >Character Skinner. I'm still missing one texture (a headpiece from one of the insectoids minifigures (see spoiler)), so le717 is used as a placeholder. Also, thank you to Creator, Fushigisaur and le717 for the photographs of some of the Insectoids pieces.1 point -
Broken Apples: A Showcase of Apple's "Finest"

I wish I still had my 3rd Gen iPod Nano. That thing was absolutely ripped to shreds when I may or may not have accidentally put it in one of those grinding pots and then accidentally grounded it up... Or my 5th Gen iPod Nano. The click wheel stopped functioning so I had the bright idea to rip it open. At first I used a couple staples, then there was the paper clip, and who could forget prying it off with a pair of pliers? After that, when I realised I had pretty much made it unfixable, the autopsy began. I ripped out everything brutally, due to only have a pair of pliers (my security screwdrivers were gone). And then finally, I replaced it all, stuck it together with super-glue, and snapped it in half with a bench press and a hammer. Meanwhile, my iPod Shuffle 1G, you know, the white stick, was highly dependable. It survived just about every attack, including drops, falling into sinks full of water, being smashed and thrown. But, one thing it didn't survive was old age. R.I.P. Little Buddy.1 point
