Credit where credit is due, episode 3 just came out and it says a lot more good about the show's future than the shorts have indicated. Jestro and the Book of Monsters are pretty good together, even though Jestro's corruption in the first episode is still really awkward and nonsensical. Ava and Merlock are fun too. But the main knight characters are still really boring, especially Clay who is one of those characters where its all "his problem is that he is too perfect." He even has a tragic but thus far practically unmentioned backstory as an orphan to add faux emotional weight to his character. I don't really see where the story could go at this point and its already begun to feel repetitive with the same thing going on over and over in the shorts. But we'll see!

I've dealt with this so many times I'll just give you the short list. Camtasia (lol) > OBS MP > OBS > Fraps ~= DXTory > CamStudio > Hypercam 2. Hypercam is a piece of utter junk. I've had more recordings ruined by it than any other software. CamStudio 2.7 is decent once you can get it configured and if it supports your game. Fraps only records DWM on Windows 7 (not to mention Win10 > Win8(.1)) so don't bother with that. Never used DXTory, hence the "approximately equal to" status. OBS is really good and the beta, soon-to-be-the-only OBS MP is rock solid and very good. Obviously if you have the money Camtasia is the software to beat. Never heard of LoiLo. There are other applications I could list but I won't waste your time with them. That might be possible on Windows with QuickTime Pro. Not worth wasting money on to find out.

This is my latest creation. It has some flaws (e.g. the engines), but it was sometimes very hard to find the right pieces etc. Otherwise I chose this scale, because it was a challenge to build a smaller version which contains lot of details too. pieces: ~5000 to ~5300 bricks (depending on the version) building time: hmm, maybe 30 to 50 hours scale: not exactly 1:8 but very close to it (~1:8,25) (compared to my 1:1 scale version of the LMS Explorer, which is 975 studs long) construction program: LDD (but I have converted the model into ldr (MLCAD) and lcd (LeoCAD) files, too) dimensions: Length: 116 studs/ 91,36 cm/ 35,97 in.
