Wow, that logo design is actually really really nice. I'd agree with aiden that it'd be nice to see this in other colours too (mainly the light green of the power crystal), but I'd say keep the majority of the design intact as it's actually bloody great. As far as adding a title is concerned, I'd stick it right in the middle in a simplistic font. I'll try and whip up an example of what I mean at some point.

As I said, some colour might be nice: Planet U is full of the glowing red eyes of Rock Monsters, the green glow of Energy Crystals, the many lights on the buildings, the vibrant green slugs... even the walls are brown. It seems odd to have a grayscale logo... On the design itself - It looks pretty good. The scratchiness & general wear-and-tear of the design is quite fitting for an underground mining group. Maybe have text on the right of the logo too, in the original LRR font? Overall, I like it - it's the grayscale that throws me off...
