Cyrem
This version adds the needed map surface importer. You can now import map surfaces from original RR game levels. Now don't die because it won't import objects. A last minute error made be disable it till I figure out whats causing the error. Changes - [NEW] Surface importer. - [FIX] Fixed bug that stopped placing of hidden area on buildings. Fast place info: By pressing [sHIFT] and holding down the left mouse button you can fast place: walls, ground, ores, heightmap and erosion. Notes and Tricks(no changes): Note: DO NOT place 4 power paths or rubble(or a mix of both) in a square. For some reason it makes a mountain in it's spot. I'm yet to look into this. Note: DO NOT overwrite files. If you do this you will end up with two merged maps. I will fix this later. Note: To get Paths and Erosion to work you must add the link to the files in the level properties in the .cfg file. Note: In order to get a custom sized map to work, you must get rid of the previous sized maps. You cannot have an old map from the previous level that was there because it is a different sized map. Note: You must replace "_" on the .ol file with a level number for it to work. (EG: 01.ol) Note: On all other file put a level number after the "_". (EG. Surf_01.map) Trick: Press shift and right click just to delete ores/crystals only in surface mode. Trick: Press Ctrl and right click just to delete hidden area only in surface mode. Download: Download (Local) Please report bugs/crashes because I know there will be heaps!
Lair
Note: DO NOT place 4 power paths or rubble(or a mix of both) in a square. For some reason it makes a mountain in it's spot. I'm yet to look into this. I already said, it is because the dugg map places zeros on them making this happen in 2by2 + areas and against walls

Eagle98
Quick question: How do you rotate buildings?
Shadow322
Wait is this the new map makeing program Cyrems been working on this whole time? Are you sure this will replace the old one? I'm so confused! :D
Eagle98
This would probably replace the old one...not by Cyrem, but because of the huge number of people who want choose this version over the other one. A problem: The editor says that the Path file is a must, but not all levels have a Path file.
Cyrem
Quick question: How do you rotate buildings? I'm pretty sure you just use the scroll on your mouse. Wait is this the new map makeing program Cyrems been working on this whole time? Are you sure this will replace the old one? I'm so confused! No, this is the old level editor. I'm working on a whole new one which is not release (I've been posting screens and stuff of the new one in the RRU Dev Blog) This would probably replace the old one...not by Cyrem, but because of the huge number of people who want choose this version over the other one. A problem: The editor says that the Path file is a must, but not all levels have a Path file. Yes I know of this issue, just load up a surf file or any other instead of the path. Eagle98
Cyrem: Ok, I substituded the Path file for the Surf file, but now the editor replaces solid rock with rubble.

RockmoddeR
*question* is there anyway to fast place pits *deeper areas on the heightmap* like with mountains using shift? cus shift doesn't work for that.
