lol username
So I tried to install Creator Knights Kingdom (CKK). It was installing normally when my mom told me to get off - we were going to Target. So, I hit cancel. It froze. Then, I did something REALLY stupid. I force quit the install with Task Manager. Now, when I try to install the game, it asks me if I want to uninstall. When I hit yes, it says it has uninstalled it, but when it doesn't do anything. I went into the game files and deleted everything related to the game, but it still thinks it is installed when it isn't. I can't install the game because it wants to uninstall, but when I try to uninstall nothing happens! In the control panel programs list, it says it is 0.95 megabytes!! How can I install the game now? Is it possible, or have I permanently messed it up?
PWNZOR
Delete all files and registry values associated with the game. Then retry.
McJobless
Type in "Regedit" into run. Goto HKEY_Local_Machine, then SOFTWARE and find your game. CAREFULLY(!!!!), delete the list assosciated with your game and re-start. The list should be under "Lego Media" or whever the games main folder normally is. Cyrem
Can you manually run the installer from disc, or does the installer itself check if it's installed?
lol username
No matter how I try to install/reinstall/uninstall the game, it only gives the option to uninstall, which doesn't do anything for some reason... EDIT: So, I used Regedit to find a folder called LEGO Creator Knights Kingdom in the path Extreme said. How do I delete it? I hit delete, and it vanished. However, the game still will not install - I restarted, and the folder was still there. How do I get rid of it?
JrMasterModelBuilder
You could try a system restore.
bartvbl
I had the exact same problem on my XP machine. Now I don't even bother installing it :P

Try deleting the folder it was installing to, then go back to the registry and delete all related entries to LEGO Creator Knights Kingdom/

McJobless
CALL TECHNICAL SUPPORT! But seriously, maybe you might need to install it to another Partition or Hard Drive... I run LegoRR off my USB all the time. Maybe you could try installing it, from another computer, on to a USB or Portable Hard Drive? It works for my LegoRR as I said, and it should'nt take up that much room...
