Ohhh, you mean the SUPPLY DEPOT. That makes more sense.

Also PSI is for the PROTOSS, while the terran's moniker for the same concept is SUPPLIES.

Unless they changed that, of course. Since I know less about this than you do. I just ASSUME because that's what it was in the previous game, and it makes sense.
