I just don't think some ideas were that good. Like, how in the new movie, the Agori all looked like LEGO sets, instead of epic like in the first 3 movies. And what did they even do this year? Casual observers see it as BIONICLE all over again and probably won't get into it anymore than they did BIONICLE, and die-hard fans see it as a kid-ified replacement of their favorite theme. Your actually the first person I've seen complain about that. I've always heard it the other way. Anyway, people figure it's because the movies largely exist to advertise the sets, so they should look as much like the sets as possible. Or do they have to now focus on stupid little kids that like colorful pieces and easy to put together sets that have very little playability? Hmmm... I don't know...
