PWNZOR
My game tends to crash upon loading (well, it is selective) and now the rockfall animation isn't working... That's a screenshot of the rockfall animation...what the heck is going on? If someone can help me fix the rockfall problem, I'm sure that the crash upon loading will be fixed, too. It's not the helmets that are doing the crashing, either. I've tested. Well, now the lag isn't so bad, but it is still lagging a little bit, and the game still tends to crash sometimes. Addictgamer
Did you update your gfx driver or get a new card?
PWNZOR
My graphics are great; nothing's wrong with them. That screenshot doesn't happen anymore, so it doesn't matter. I'm going to remake everything tomorrow, so we'll see what happens.
Addictgamer
Ok. That major lag and crash was caused by the gfx card btw. I know because it happened to me before, and others.
PWNZOR
The crash wasn't caused by the lag....but okay.
Addictgamer
I didn't say the crash was caused by the lag, I said That major lag and crash was caused by the gfx card. Meaning: the lag was caused by the gfx card, and the crash was caused by the gfx card. Good thing it stopped, though. ;)
PWNZOR
When I reinstalled, I had moved the old directory out of the program files (copied) then reinstalled, but then I accidentally ran the moved-out version (with the CD image still in), and the LEGO cinematic didn't run, but the game loaded much much faster, and no crashes (with still the HP stuff I have in there). I don't know why it's like that, but moving it out of the program files improved it muchly. Though, when the camera is at wierd, low angles, the rendering of some or most things is strange or not rendered at all. But, other than that, the problem is solved. No crashes, no lag, no problems!
