Multipurpose tool stores and no power stations are fine, but I think you were holding out on the bigger stuff. Oh well. I think a more unique way to handle the CanBeCarried tag is to add it to water vehicles and make a map with lots of tiny isolated bodies of water and bits of land, with one central island that has enough room to build. Unfortunately, a flying carrier would defeat the purpose, but if there's no room on the tiny islands to put a Tool Store, then you would need a water vehicle with carrying capabilities.
