Hi I'm obviously GreekRockRaider.

I'm only 14 but I'm ready to learn how to mod my game.

I noticed you guys are trying to make a RockRaiders re-make which I hope later on I could be of help with.

So I'm having some problems. I downloaded the WAD Tool but when I extracted all the files my computer wouldn't let me into it. :/

So that's about it. I'll be on whenever I get around to it.

And yes there are several remakes (most of which seem inactive), and one called Baz's mod is already here.

Two remakes actually. ORR-C and ORR-py.

What Lair was talking about are mods. :P

Oi there again. Enough with ye silly 14 year old yippers. I have +2 on all ye scallywags.

I remember someone saying that they couldent get into the output folders. This is an easy fix if you have admin, just giver yourself permissions to the folder. If that fails, sudo it. . I haven't had a problem, but I suggest you be rid of XP.

I'll try to help more later, as I'm on my itouch atm.

OH. Overhauls. Those are easy. All you have to worry about is Baz's mod, and how much asprin you have on you.

Apparently you just run the exe, select your wads, and it fixes them up for you, or something like that. I don't know because it would appear that you need admin to run the exe. I'll try my extractor on it later and see if I can pr0fit.

No one else has completed any such overhaul since, so you will not need to worry. Lair is in beta with Return to Planet U right now, so his might be released be early next year, at best.

Hey, I'm storm, the guy who rages about shtuff.

Anyway, i'm probably the youngest person here.

I'm 10 years old and i'm already modding some very hard stuff, but my game broke a month or two ago. :c

Hello, and welcome to RRU.

Try copying the Rock Raiders folder into a directory in which you have full permissions.

Then run the Wad Extractor as admin.

I LOVE ROCK RAIDERS

o and i just downloaded bazs mod really good but you can not play the normly game when you have it

look in all the forms and once you find it it install by it's self!!!!!

You could say I'm 20 since I'm a few months off it, but no I don't live in the USA. Yes there is some members here that are over 21, though not a lot.
