There's actually something with the "YOU ARE THE 999,999th VISITOR TO SEE THIS LUCKY BANNER: CONGRATULATIONS YOU WON!" ad, the "999,999th" part is an actual counter. It's just that so many people were "lucky" that the counter could not rise any more.

Really? EPIC FAIL. I didn't know that.

But sources, or it's probably not true.

I've seen one banner similar to those, and it was at about 450,000th when I saw it. Next time I encountered it, it was at about 600,000. And anyway, who would want to have a banner stuck at 999,999th? Makes it sounds pointless.

They will confiscate or send it into the government's treasury account.The question now is who is the government and where is the treasury? These are human beings like you and I. The owner of this account is Mr Morris Thompson,a foreigner,and a miner at Kruger gold co, a geologist by profession and he died in 2000.No other person knows about this account or any thing concerning it, the account has no other beneficiary and my investigation proved to me as well that his company does not know anything about this account.
