Amauros
Blender - have no idea wtf I'm looking at or how to make anything with the controls that don't do what it looks like it should do. 3ds Max - eyesore of 4 window panes + a gazillion control options all around it; at least the controls work like they should. Wings3d - no eyesore, single window pane and camera controls; controls are grouped nicely together in a single right click menu (with some submenus). --- I like Wings3d, period. I might write a tutorial on it to show some tricks/tips on how to use certain controls and the difference it makes on vertexes/edges/sides/objects. Cirevam
PWNZOR, you stated what you didn't like about Wings in posts #11 and #13. Why you would even bother with Wings with you have Lightwave is beyond my level of comprehension. I watched Doctor play with Wings, but I didn't download it myself because I already have two programs I'm familiar with and both work with Rock Raiders. Similarly, Lightwave works for you. Now cut it out before you drag this on too long like in most topics you post your opinion in. Did you ever notice that you almost always seem to drag out in topics after you've already established something? Learn to condense.

Anonymouse
If it was good enough to garner income, they would be selling it instead of leaving it open-source. Blender, for example, is on the same standard as most professional modeling software (not suitable for newbies though, unlike wings) and is open-source. Anyway, I like blender :D
