*You can get to the Support Station (and one building further) inside a 4x4 square with four tiles free. Example (1 bracket=1 tile, screenshot coming soon):

3x4 configuration using a single Power Path. If you put the Teleport Pad in last, you don't need to build a Power Path outside of the area.

in Lava and Water or something, you can teleport down a few raiders, place a power path down close to the water and up river, teleport down a toolstore on the power-path, and teleport the old Toolstore up. This takes about 1 minute and costs only 2 ore,and it gets your toolstore away from the lava.

Yes, so I realized a minute later. Please feel free to delete this or move it. Also, that is indeed a more compact way (although I was only using one power path to begin with)
