McJobless
I am wondering if OSF (In particualar, but maybe the other files) could be used with the .cfg and loaded into the level...I know we have the .ol file, but maybe we can use it our advantage if it works... I'm gonna have a crack at it tonight, when I can get LegoRR on my new USB again.

What do you mean? The OSF and SAV files contain only the data about level completion and rock raiders. Their influence is only on which levels can be played and Raiders' names, levels and training statuses.
Cyrem
If you could somehow find the amount of buildings, units and their positions. You could edit the ol to reflect that and it would be like loading a saved game. Now the easiest way you could do this is through program injection. And by easiest I mean very hard or expert application hacking skills. Otherwise, if you are good at making visual recognition programs you could do it that way...
