Addictgamer
What good will that do? It doesn't work in any install of Rock Raiders I have. Modded or unmodded. Something seriously screwed up. Probably with windows.

Addictgamer
Yes, I did try several reboots. In fact, I got this problem yesterday. It's been around 24 hours since then. It looks like it's not something that's going to fix itself, as I originally thought. Any ideas other than reinstalling my OS?
Amauros
reinstalling LRR to a new directory and see if it still has that problem.

aLPHA
run an emulated PC with your OS and install RR to it?
Addictgamer
You've obviously never tried to run RR in an emalulator. For those of you who aren't sure what I mean, IT DOESN'T WORK.
Lair
Check the code around the level area in the cfg. Something might have gone wrong there.
aLPHA
Was there a recent window update?
Addictgamer
Lair, all my installs/copies have this fail. Both the modded and the unmodded. If the unmodded ones are experiencing this glitch, it is not caused by something with the levels area of the cfg. And reinstalling doesn't work either. aLPHA: Nope. Sonic322
Um... Perhaps there was a problem installing and those files never made it on to your computer or the files are corrupted (on the disk) meaning you have to go buy a new Rock Raiders game. aLPHA
My computer went nom on all my RR CDs Did you try running it in different compatibilities?
Addictgamer
Sonic, that is not a possibility. Even the copies/installs that worked in the past suddenly stopped working. Yes I did, alpha.
PWNZOR
Did you run the installer with different compatibilities (Win95) as well as both the LRR .exe's?
Addictgamer
Just tried. Didn't work. There's only one LRR.exe, unless you count clglen (if that's its name).

Sonic, that is not a possibility. Even the copies/installs that worked in the past suddenly stopped working. Can't be possible... All stopped working... Could you be so kind as to just check? Perhaps you have a virus on your computer. Go run a virus scan. Perhaps you should run a System Restore in Safe Mode.
