Leumeister
Can you write things on the LEGO Rock Raiders disk? Because I want a couple songs on there the songs: Song one Song two is Track 08 for the Rock Raiders PlayStation soundtrack
Sonic322
You can take them off the CD with Windows Media Player. As long as you are talking about the CD-ROM game.
Cirevam
You can't write data to a CD unless it's a CD-R(W), and even then, adding stuff to a disk that already has data on it is difficult because you have to rewrite the table of contents at the start of the disk or add more tracks (someone who actually knows should confirm or deny this). Since you want to listen to different music when playing the game, just do what I do: play the game diskless and put in a music CD during gameplay. Tauka Usanake
I would think that a disk already written on (and that old might I add) would not be able to take any new data on to it. You'd have to make a completely new disk and burn with the disk data the new stuff you want added in. Plus the original disk would have been finalized and therefore, impossible to rewrite on to. Amauros
The LRR cd has plenty of room for more data. However, all of them have been "finalized" so that you can't add more data to it.
Anonymouse
That's not the main issue - these are printed CDs, that means they have a spiral size adjusted to the amount of data and fill the whole optical disk - there is no physical space for more data. So yeah, you'd need to get a CD-R or CD-RW and put the LRR data along with your music on that.
Amauros
So yeah, you'd need to get a CD-R or CD-RW and put the LRR data along with your music on that. Assuming you can rip and burn the safedisc to the new cd properly as well.

Leumeister
Okay thanks for the help... Now how do you like that music I put up? Edited April 22, 2011 by Rock Raider fan no.
Cirevam
Oh, if you just want to change the menu music, you can put the file in your Data folder. There's a file in the Sounds/Streamed folder called atmosdel.wav, either replace that or tell the CFG to look at a different file.

Alexpanter
In the CFG, find this: SFX_AmbientMusicLoop @Sounds\Streamed\Atmosdel and change it to this: SFX_AmbientMusicLoop @Sounds\Streamed\Yourfilenamehere Change "Yourfilenamehere" to the sound file. AND MAKE SURE THAT FILE IS IN THE SOUNDS\STREAMED FOLDER.
Cirevam
I forgot that the file isn't originally in the Data folder. I had put it in the folder a long time ago and thought it was always there. Sorry for the confusion.
