Croza
I saw this on another forum once, and it seemed to work. Rules: No google-ing (ruins the game for everyone). Try and keep answers clean - no matter how tempting. I will announce the answer some time in the future. Old ones: A man moved into a new house and he felt tired after the journey, so he turned of all the lights, drew the curtains and went to bed. The next morning he had killed 365 people. How could this be? He does not sleep walk and he slept like a log all nig A man is flying off the coast of America with a bag of feathers and a lead ball, and - for science - he decides to throw them out of the aeroplane. Which will hit the ground first? They are both of the same weight, and are dropped at the same point of the flight.ht. Is it possible for half of 12 to be 7? I'm black when you buy me, red as you use me, and white after I am used. What am I? Answers, anyone?

Croza
He lived in a Lighthouse. SAW IT FROM A MILE AWAY. Dammit, i'll have to find a harder one A man is flying off the coast of America with a bag of feathers and a lead ball, and - for science - he decides to throw them out of the aeroplane. Which will hit the ground first? They are both of the same weight, and are dropped at the same point of the flight. There we go :)
Alexpanter
Lead ball, methinks, because it probably has less air-resistance. Also, he is flying over water, so the bag of feathers will float around for a while before sinking to the bottom of the sea, while the ball just keeps 'falling' until it hits the bottom of the sea. And, if the seabed =/= ground, they won't hit the ground.

Shadow322
If he's flying off the coast then that means he's flying over the ocean, neither will hit the ground!

Croza
The answer to the riddle is neither, because they are flying off the coast, so they wouldn't hit the ground. Although maybe physics may think differently... Is it possible for half of 12 to be 7? Answers, anyone? (This one may take some thinking, and there may or may not be a reward) Next. Sonic322
Yes If you remove the 1 and cut off the base of the 2 and flatten out the top then you get 7.
