I don't see why you can't just make a non-selectable, non-spawnable building. It's much easier and it works.

Of course, Monsters would probably attack it, but there are surely work-arounds...has anyone done research into how the monsters prioritise attacks? I'm sure it goes High-Crystal count/power rating and proximity (closeness) as the highest two, therefore by cuting off the power links to HQ and then removing a crystal count, it might ignore it...

Screw it, I'll do the research myself. If I come up with anything usefull, you'll find it in SKN.

EDIT: What if you added "CanScare"? Doesn't that essentially make monsters piss off?

Not every CFG parameter will work for every class, and buildings always create Power Paths underneath of themselves, so a building just wouldn't work well unless it was a box that was as big as an entire square.

What if you removed the Shape entry from the .ae file? Then again, that might remove the Collision Radius...

Put "SnaxULike True" into the lazer code.

The Gunstation does not have a functional Shape entry; it is commented out, yet the building is still clickable and it has a power path.
