That's quite strange. I guess we'll have to start with the basics.

Update your graphics card drivers and install the latest version of DirectX, for starters.

Graphic drives are fine, However i already have a pretty high version unless there is a new on out ? But what's even more strange is that a simple log off fix's the bug ????

DirectX 9.1 is the last version of DirectX released for 32-Bit machines. I'm currently running DirectX 11.

As for logging out being a temporary fix... that's just odd and reminds me of having to reboot in order to load saved data on Sonic R.

Can you provide an MSINFO32 report? I'll need to check it against my own system settings.

Open the start menu and type run into the search bar. Press enter to open the Run dialog box.

Type msinfo32 into the dialog box and press enter, or click OK. In the MSInfo window, go to file and click save. Name it what you want. Upload the .nfo file and post a link. Alternatively you can click export, save it as a .txt file and post the contents in a spoiler.

1. You're using the 32-bit version of Vista, so you can't install DirectX 11...

2. Other than that I can't really tell what the problem is. As I said before, maybe your drivers aren't up to date, or you might actually have to roll back your GPU drivers.

Did you change anything on your computer? System updates, new software, new hardware, etc?
