A rock raiders 2 would be cool, Maybe we could get Lego to make it......with a lot of persuasion. BRING BACK THE SETS TOO!!! Exkajer Posted May 5, 2012 Share Posted May 5, 2012 What I want in Rock raiders? - Cavern leveling (means, that in one mission you have for example 3 levels or height (not heightmap, but other caverns, meaning you can drill ground or roof to get higher/lower parts of the cave. Also landslides from roof. - Underwater mining: Rock raiders go underwater to drill walls and collect underwater silver energy crystals like this: - Open pit mines, missions on surface of planet U. - In game building "Rock Raider HQ", which is like original Rock Raider HQ lego set. - Different type of crystals, where any different crystals, you can find in different way, and every has different power (silver crystals underwater power like 2 crystals for example) - Finish my "Without Power!" mission completely, put drained crystals in mission. Both of these are possible with some limitations. We can remove (or shove deep underground) the roof in levels so you can see the "sky" when in first- or second-person view. We can also make buildings have multiple functions so an HQ building is possible but there's a certain way you would have to design parts of it. How many people on this forum? I can get more people from other sites, depends how many people we need. You got me all excited now! they might even bring back rock raiders sets, and aqua raiders, and maybe rock raiders 2 could be a mix of aqua and rock raiders!.......so awesome......why was rock raiders ever discontinued? i never got any of the sets. Multilevel caverns would be a nice twist to the game, though, but underwater mining can easily be simulated by removing the cavern roof and changing the textures and draw distance, along with a little map-work. What's ORR? Open Rock Raiders. Some of the members are fed up with the limitations of the original game and have been making their own versions of Rock Raiders with different engines, graphics, game mechanics etc. ORR is basically anything that is a completely home-made open source version of the game, using entirely custom resources.
