LEGO Rock Raiders Windows 7 Home Premium Crashes On Startup Load Screen

Whenever I get too the load screen on startup it gets to 50-70% then it crashes to desktop. What do I need to do? I have tried running it in a compatability but it does change and I have tried running it in windowed mode still has the same error.

I have got it to load now but when I go to start playing a level it crashes to desktop no error message
