Hi. I'm pranciblad, and I've got to admit that I probably don't belong here. I mean I really hate writing "new user" posts about myself, but in this case, I think I need to explain myself a little. I was led here by legoking831. I found his uploads of humongous entertainment stuff on youtube. His Lego Island videos led me to TIC, and then I found out most of the people there also went here. I lurked as a guest for what seemed like ages, mustered up the confidence to join, and finally took the dive just minutes ago.

Alright, here's my big confession. I do not own Rock raiders PC, never played it, nor do I know how to mod any game I own. But here's the thing: I now want to FIND a copy, and LEARN to mod, 'cause frankly, you folks have motivated me to do it. At first I thought it stupid to join this site because I liked the community, without knowledge of the series (although I've learned a ton from the wiki and youtube), since (and I mean this with the least offense possible) one of my biggest gripes with the bronies at the time were people who seemed to become one for the community over the show. But I've outgrown that belief. Besides, I still have a metric crap-ton of classic lego games (and actual lego!) in the meantime. Here are some of note:

PC:

Lego Island- Installed, Played, Loved

Lego Island 2- Hesitant to Install (it seems a bit crap, from what I've seen)

Lego Chess- Used to play this all the time on the school computers back at Markham (my old elementary). My freind Lee recently gave me his old copy, but I have yet to install it yet.

Lego Racers 2- Haven't installed yet.

N64:

Lego Racers- No controller pack

GBC:

Lego Island 2- Took me forever to beat. Those stealth sections suck, man.

Alpha Team- Not completed yet, but I'm getting there.

And here's some games that I had emulated on an old WSA school computer, and no longer have access to (so don't go complaining!):

GBA:

Lego Island 2- Completed, underwhelmed.

Xtreme Stunts- Not completed

PS1:

Rock Raiders- Only finished halfway before I left that school.

Anyway, I've got some stuff lined up that I plan to make for this form, including some juicy fan fiction and a secret project. If you read this entire post, I'm impressed! I seem to have a tendency to write really dense posts. I just hope I can be a benefit to the community, and have some fun while I'm at it. Pranci out!

Hey! welcome to RRU :)

Glad to hear you are going to try out RR. When you look for a copy, try and find one of the original releases (They have music on the disc).

Understatement.

Well hello! Sounds like you've played quite a variety of games, so I'm so glad you are here!

Hello, comrade. I see you're quite the LEGO fan.

Modding is easy and fun, and I'd be happy to teach you when you get your copy. In the meantime, enjoy your stay.

Sooo... You've been to TIC, I see (See what I did there?).

Anyway, welcome to RRU. I'm glad to see someone else who has seen the utter chaos in the Brony thread. Just steer clear from it unless you're a Brony yourself (that place even scares me sometimes).

Fan fiction? Alright, you've got my attention. Let's hope that you finish it. a couple of other members (myself included) never got around to finishing our fics, so here's to you beating those odds.

As for not feeling like you belong because you never really played LRR, you're not alone. I have never played the PC version of LRR, and I can't seem to find it ANYWHERE. The one copy I had was supposedly broken (Could never play any levels... >:U) so I'm mainly here for the community.

So, I hope you stick around on both RRU and TIC!
