Lair
What is this, a joke? Or... Perhaps it's to help those who say "Space/Room/Cave/WHATEVER". Alright then. Back to the commands! sigh...

Lair
I guess you want me to use "OOC: View Map". No, I don't have a map ready, i was just kind of annoyed that you took that as a joke. Every response I give is serious.
STUDZ
You eat the paper. The Map has died! Sorry. I thought that was like a joke. I apologize. Anyway, check your pockets. Lair
Shadow322
Wait I"m confused, was it really a map, and did you really eat it? Also look around the rest of the place with the flashlight. STUDZ
Lair
Check your pockets. You have a rusty wrench in one pocket. You have some spare wire in another pocket. Your ID card is missing.
STUDZ
Do what Shadow, and myself earlier, have said: Check around the immediate area with your flashlight for clues.
Lair
Check around the immediate area with your flashlight for clues. You shine your flashlight around the room. There are two doors, one across from the hatch (which is under a desk with some stuff on it) and one to the left. The room is wider than deep (from your perspective coming from the hatch), and a few pipes are exposed in one corner. There are a few shelves with stuff on them hanging over desks, and some stuff on some of the walls that you can't make out at this moment.
STUDZ
Examine the stuff on the shelves.
Lair
Examine the stuff on the shelves. The larger shelf has several books and a box on the top row. The bottom row has broken, and things have fallen onto the desk bellow (which has things on it as well), but another strange book is left.. The smaller shelf has some sort of computer on it, and some various papers.
Sonic322
Turn the computer on to check it out. Also use the scanning device on it when it is booting up to save time.
Lair
Turn the computer on to check it out. You pick up the computer to turn it on. It's quite lightweight, and has various ports. The battery is missing. Frosting megachugs. Also use the scanning device on it when it is booting up to save time. You try to analyze the computer. Nothing registered. Maybe you should plug it in. Or find the battery. Or get control of your life.

Lair
Try the batteries in the flashlight on the computer. The flashlight uses a tiny power cell. This certainly won't fit in that larger computer.
Sonic322
Is the omputer small enough to take with you? If so then put it in your inventory and check the rest of the shelf area.
Lair
Is the computer small enough to take with you? No. and check the rest of the shelf area. You've already done a quick scan of the shelves, you see no reason to do it again.

Shadow322
Did you check the whole room, if so then examine one of the doors.
Lair
Did you check the whole room Uh, no. That's sort of your job. The point of this game is to give commands. If you don't give a command for someone to examine the shelf or desk or something, then no, they haven't done it. if so then examine one of the doors. The doors are locked. Lair
examine the rest of the room. It is still the same as it was the last time you examined it. You've so far only studied the shelves.
