Unfortunately, the cutscene Infomaniac seen here has a black line across the back of his helmet and his in-game npc looks like Rocket Racer. They're all the right format/sample rate, so why isn't it working? At least I occasionally hear him yell "Noooo!". Now that would be cool if we had LEGO Island's racetrack in LEGO Racers. I've already tried putting LEGO Island music into LEGO Racers, but the volume goes up and down randomly. From everything else I've seen in LR, the TUN are modified VOX files, but the engine can read true VOX files (like true BMP files). If we knew the exact format of the TUNs, we would not have this issue. Anyone remember the ALP ADPCM header bartvbl found? That is not in true VOX files.
