Well, I've been putting this off for so long now. I have had NO progress in the last year or so. I've planned, and I have a good part of the story already put together in my head, but ALAS; I can't put it on digital paper.

So for those who have NO IDEA what I'm talking about (Which is about 80% of the community today), "The Chronicles of Stan McStudz" was an ongoing story I had planned back in the days that Anonymouse and LZ roamed the forums (Circa Late 2010-Early 2011). It was originally meant to be my blog (which is why you can only find the story in my blog). Eventually, this method just got too messed up, with real blog entries and the story competing for top spot.

That was a mistake. So here we are with the complete collection, from ISLAND: Part 1 to SPACE: Part 1, Episode 1.

BUT WAIT THERE'S MORE! I'm completely redoing the first chapter. It was just too short to repost, and I don't like how I wrote it before.

SO, without further ado... The Chronicles of Stan McStudz.

ISLAND, CHAPTER 1 (Remake)

LEGO Island. The hub of all creativity in the LEGO Universe. The Fertile Crescent, if you will.

Its origins are shrouded in mystery. No one really knows how it came into being, and The Infomaniac keeps on changing the story.

But that's not what you're here for. You want to know about the strange goings-on that have occured in the last while. Well, for starters, my name is Stan McStudz. I originally came from LEGO City, but moved here to the Island after receiving a note from The Infomaniac. You see, I was originally an architect for The LEGO Group, the ones who are at the center of control for the entire Universe. I've been working for these guys for a long time, and even met my wife working for them.

But something seems off. In recent months, there have been strange things happening all over the place. Agents for the Group have been sent out to prevent anomalies that should have never happened. I mean, it happens every now and then, but recently... It's just been happening left, right and center. Pirates in Space, Advanced technology in Castle, and BIONICLE going into Theme Lock out of the blue. (Theme Lock is where a world, in this case BIONICLE, goes into complete lockdown, where no beings can get in or out. Oftentimes, The Group is in control of this, like with Exo-Force, and they just lock it down. But this...)

Anyway, I got this letter from The Infomaniac, saying that I've been invited to come live on LEGO Island! Now, these invitations are scarce, and no one EVER gets them. You didn't think just ANYONE could live on the Island, did you? Anyone is allowed to visit (during certain times of the year), but only those with an invitation can actually live there.

Of course, I had a job in the City, so I couldn't just drop everything and go. I took it up with my boss and--not surprisingly--advised that I stay in the city.

This went on for another week until The Infomaniac came to where I worked. Now, for those who don't know, The Infomaniac NEVER leaves the Island. Ever. This kind of took me off guard that he came right into my office, without a second thought.

This was when I started to think something was up. The anomalies, Theme Locks, and now THIS. The Infomaniac told me to just pack up my things and head to the City Port after work. There would be a boat waiting for me.

At that moment I had about a zillion questions. Why was The Infomaniac here? What's going on? Why am I this important that the creator of LEGO Island, who NEVER gets out, would go all the way to the City to get me out of there?

But The Infomaniac just left without another word. Later that day, my boss came to me and gave me the OK to leave; I'll just telecommute and send the Group plans for new constructs and whatnot. I was on my way.

I eventually discovered that Pepper Roni, the "Dude With The Food" Pizza delivery boy of the Island, left shortly before I was invited to the Island. When I asked around, the story was mainly the same: Pepper received news that his father, who disappeared when Pepper was very young, was seen somewhere in LEGO City.

Well ,that left the Island without someone to deliver pizzas, so I decided to take Pepper's place. It's been about a couple weeks since that started when a portal of pure creativity appeared from out of the cave under the mountain park. Two minifigs came out of the portal. one, a blue torsoed minifig named Jay, and a black robed minifig named Andrew. They told me that they were the Sons of the Explorien, the one who united the LEGO Universe many ages ago. Now, I've seen the video that documented the Explorien (It's a looooong movie! http://www.archive.o...LegoRPGTheMovie ). But I thought it was all a legend.

They told me that Galeno, the bad guy who tried to control the Human-controlled parts of LEGO Territory (watch the link above! Everything will be easier to understand!!), was coming back.

"How??" I asked.

"The Brickster is trying to ressurect him with the four pieces of the Engine of Construction." Jay explained. "You heard of them?"

"No," I replied.

"I'm not surprised. The Engine of Construction was one of the earliest LEGO artifacts to be created. It was to hold the LEGO Universe together until the time of Star Wars has ended. Not that it'll ever happen!" Jay joked. "But this is serious. Each piece of the Engine is in a different Theme; one has been found in the City, and the Brickster does have that one, but it is weak. The others could be in other Themes, probably one's in Space, but the others, we aren't sure."

"So you need me. Why me though?"

At that moment, another portal appeared, with two elite BricksterBots!

Epic Bump to post what I had for the second chapter:

ISLAND: CHAPTER TWO

“Oh, great...†I muttered.

A whole squad of Elite BricksterBots, about five of the buggers, were coming out of Captain Click's cave.

“Hide,†Jay whispered. “The best place would be just behind the hill. When the Elites get close enough...â€

“We torch 'em?†Andrew finished. This was the first time I heard him speak. But was it because he was wise enough not to speak, or because, up to this point, he had nothing to say?

“Close, brother,†Jay replied. “But you know fully well that Elites are flame-retardant. I'll have to freeze them and let Nick and Laura take care of them.†By this time we were behind the hill. I was wondering: “What? Jay will freeze them?? Who has the equipment to 'torch 'em'?†

As if on cue, Jay and Andrew took out their weapons—no, they appeared in their hands! Did I take a bigger whiff of Papa's Double Garlic Pepperoni Jalapeño Pizza than I thought?? I mean, this is madness!

One of their weapons, Andrew's, was like a lightsaber, but with flames on the end instead of a solid laser. The other had twin ice spears.

The 'Bots were coming our way, and I thought that my Creation Spark was about to be snuffed out, when Jay froze them with his spears, and swiftly smashed them to smithereens.

“Hey, I thought you were going to warn Nick and Laura!†Andrew said.

Jay simply replied, “I lied.â€

I was speechless. Did these guys have elemental powers or something? “How--?†I started to say.

“I'll explain later.†Jay replied. “But we need to get into that cave!â€

“But it's a dead end! The Door has been sealed for ages! It even predates The Infomaniac's arrival on LEGO Island!â€

“Or did it?†Jay said. “Were you actually there to witness the Door being there when the Infomaniac arrived? No, I think not. I'm not saying that's not true, but it hasn't been proven, either.â€

“But why must I go with you? This whole thing has nothing to do with me!â€

“As far as you know, that's correct.†Jay retorted. “Once we get through the Door I'll explain everything that I know.†

We then proceeded into the cave, to be greeted by the unseen Captain Click.

“Arrgh... I needs me beauty sleeps. Go away and I'll tell yehs a secret.†His usual response to intruders.

“How about you tell us the secret of what's behind that door, and we'll leave you alone through there.†Jay told the undead captain.

“Er,†the Captain said. “Ise never been asked that before...†Click was silent for a few moments, until he finally replied, “Nothing. There be nothing behind me door. Now get lost! Such questions is frowned down upon in me turf! I ain't even gonna gives ye a secret!â€

Jay sighed. “Then you leave me no choice. Let us through, or I'll have to use force.â€

“Aye, but what if I wants te fights back? Ise been tasked with guarding te secrets of me cave since Ise was marooned, long before te first minifig inhabited this here island. Ise was curious about this here cave, and it cost me dearly, as ye can see,†I never knew this. And, probably, neither did The Infomaniac.

Click continued: “Arrrgh... Ye be makin' me tell yeh me deepest secrets... BUT YE SHALL NOT PASS!!!!†

I smirked at the quote, when I was violently thrown back by an unseen force. Immediately, Jay and Andrew summoned their weapons.

“Go ahead an' fill yer hands with swords!†the Captain screamed. “Ye shall join me in me grave!!â€

And all of a sudden, everything went dark. Fortunately, I could still see, thanks to Andrew's flame sword.

More portals, this time with Darklings. Great. As if this day couldn't get any more trippier. I thought that the Power Brick protected the Island from the Maelstrom.

But that wasn't all. As if the Door was made of a semi-permeable substance, Captain Click came out. But he didn't look like the skeleton we all knew he looked like. No, he was more like one of the hostile skeletons that Mallock the Malign used for his army, back in the days of old with knights of gold; only with a pirate captain's hat.

Click had a katana--a katana—that was teal, with Creative energies coming out of it in the form of sparks. “Ye're surrounded!†he said. “Any last words?â€

“Yeah!†Andrew replied. “You're forgetting only one thing,â€

“Aye? And what might that be??â€

“What in the blue bricks is that!?†Everyone looked in the general direction Andrew was pointing, outside the cave. That was all that Jay needed to freeze the Captain from the neck down while Andrew took out the Darklings.

“Drat,†Click muttered. “How did I not see that?â€

Jay pried the katana from the Captain's cold, undead hands and tossed it to me. “Might need it, you know,†He told me. “Now,†He turned to the Captain, “Will you explain to us the secret of the Door?â€

Click was silent for a while, until he laughed and said, “Aye, I'll tells yeh all I know...â€

* * *

“It was Brick Date 011, As ye know, eleven years after the first minifigs were created, or, as the humans call that year, 1989.

“I and me crew of the Black Seas Barracuda were sailin' the Seven Seas, in search of plunder, Imperials, yeh know, piratey things. We were sailin' along the East side of what was to be called LEGO Island when I found The Door. As captain, I told me crew to land there; there might be treasure.

“Now, ye might be wonderin' why it was I who was captain of the Barracuda; that it was Redbeard who was captain. Aye, that be true because I was Captain Redbeard!

“Little did I know that me crew was planning mutiny. Soon as we landed, we headed straight to the cave. Me crew didn't see why we needed to be here, so they stayed outside the cave. When I found out that me crew was staying outside, I turned around to call them in, I found a musket in me face. They told me that this was mutiny, and that me first mate was takin' over.

“When I asked why, they gave me no answer, only pointed at me first mate. I then knew this wasn't because of me, but because o' him. He wanted power. And since I was one of the most powerful pirates that ever sailed, he had the opportunity to get it. I trusted him, an' he stabbed me in the back.

“He left me to me crew. They told me that they were forced to do this; that me first mate'd dispose of anyone who disagreed. They told me that they'd come back for me as soon as they got rid of me first mate. I could tell they be tellin' the truth. As is common for marooning pirates, they left me a musket, some rum, and some food.

“I was never a drinker, so I quickly lost the rum. But I did return to the cave. I saw the Door, and I thought to meself, that there door must lead somewhere. So I tried to open the door, when a bright light came out.

“When I woke up, I was a skeleton. I didn't need food anymore, or drink. But I was afraid to try to open The Door for a while, but I got over that. When I opened The door again, I was able to get through. And on the other side...â€

* * *

“What's on the other side??†Jay asked.

“On the other side...†Captain Click began. “Is what you must find out. I can't seem to remember what was behind The Door. Ye three... You were the first ones to ask me!†By this time, he was thawed out. He gestured toward The Door, and it opened. But there was no bright light. Only darkness where The Door opened. “Go!†he cried. “There must be some noble reason ye be wantin' to find the secrets beneath the Fanta Sea. But be warned: there's no tellin' what lies beyond.â€

TO BE CONTINUED...

[Just noting that this came straight from the old blog post I did YEARS ago. I'm still pretty pleased with how it turned out, so I just decided to not add anything extra. Just a few grammar corrections here and there to make the writing more fluid.]
