How did you create your signature?

I noticed some one did a topic on how people made their username  (Link: http://www.rockraidersunited.org/topic/592-your-username/) and I thought Why not create one on the subject of user's signatures?

Here it is: Post up the story behind your signature whether it be words, picture or both!

I'll start. I was originally creating some concept art for my TUa PROJECT (The Unexpected agent PROJECT) showing a scene at the start where George would be wondering around the city (name mache city (ha ha)) while names and titles appeared every where.

I did a little sneaky thing and put one of my characters into the picture in stickman form. I pointed him out with a red arrow and the name both pointing towards the extra. The extra use of a character as a stickman will not be used in the project but I pretty much added him in "Just for fun".

Mine came from this:

The panel at the bottom, where Sparks talks to Tim.

I swapped what was said with a few Infoderpiac references, as well as some Pokemon references.

*cough cough*

ANYWAY my current signature is basically the same thing only I did it first <_<

I took the panel with Docs, inserted some random quotes and made it an animated GIF.

That will change soon... I'm getting something far more awesome... heh heh heh

Let's see...

"We may not look like we care, but Pepper, we do. So be careful."
LEGO Island 2 reference. File: LEBEAA25

407px-Windows_7_logo_and_wordmark.svg.pn
I pulled this off Wikipedia.

276px-Microsoft_Windows_7_wordmark.svg.p
Also pulled of Wikipedia. I used this temporarily, before going back to the previous.

For every game, there is a person dedicated to destroying it.

A comment I left on one of Brickulator's videos.

You will get it and know how I created it and if you don't then you're one of the lucky ones.  I am ashamed I haven't changed it though.

The Ace Railgun

Well for my first Sig I just found an image of the Gekko State from the show Eureka Seven, and then my second I used an image of Misaka Mikoto, and then cut out the background and added what ever I felt like :P I just used a blur effect on the lightning to make the glowing effect.

Mr. Eight-Three-One

My signature is based off the name screens from some of Humongous's "Junior Arcade" games -- they use this font. Since there's no option to make the letters yellow though, I first typed my (old) name out and took a screenshot, then cropped out the letters and recolored them.

No offense MrEightThreeOne but the font and colour used in your signature looks like the one used for Lego Island 2 subtitles.

Just went back to my previous one, which is a Latin quote a friend of mine from another forum told me.

It means "Disorder is all around him".

For now, I'm using a placeholder while working on a real one.

My previous one was a combination of things. I loved the icons at WhatSaysIt, I wanted to use the new forum code to see what it could do, and wanted to show Shadow322's affection for me. So I brainstormed, and you can see the result in my blog.

WHAT?!

That font is NOTHING Similiar to the subtitles in LEGO Island 2. Even, the subtitles for LEGO Island 2 is a font called "Balloon" or something, it is also used on LEGO Stunt Rally and even the old Nickelodeon logo. How would you compare such things?

Yeah, I'm not sure he's ever played LEGO Island 2 :P It looks more like the font from the original Rayman to me.

Anyway, my sig was built in LDD and based on an old 2D sig I made years ago. I wrote a blog about it here. Everyone preferred the older one but I've got bored of it ;)

Also, how is it offensive?! :P

I have played LI2, I own a copy... How can you say I haven't got LI2 when it should show that I do have it under my avatar which shows what games I have already?

We went over this. That is an AWARD. You need to post PROOF in the relevant thread, which in this case would be your DISC and your USERNAME ON A PIECE OF PAPER.

Drill Master

I noticed some one did a topic on how people made their username  (Link: http://www.rockraidersunited.org/topic/592-your-username/) and I thought Why not create one on the subject of user's signatures?

Maybe because signatures change all the time and it would be hard to keep track of them.

Ok. I guess I underestimated this topic. Sorry. Mine right now is simple. "Hear music": I listen to music for inspiration. "Play music": I sit down at my piano and play notes until I get something I like. "Compose music": I then take the notes I like and compose a song out of them. My steps to creating music.

It took some work but I eventually perfected my signature. I haven't changed it in years.

Cyrem... um... I can't see your signature and I have no idea why. I checked my ignore preferences to see if I accidently had you in there by accident (thankfully I didn't ;) ) So I don't know what's going on.

Ben24x7, Stop telling members to get back on topic, especially when the posts are on-topic. If you feel the topic is too far gone, report the off-topic posts (there is a button on the left side of each post to do this). Using this button alerts the moderators a lot faster than posting "get back on topic". It also avoids aggravating members. Creating a topic does not give you 'ownership' or the ability to decide what people can and cannot do in a topic.

Proceed.

OffTopicish: Also if he is telling people to get on topic isn't he off topic him self? I think he has power issues....

OnTheOtherTopic: @DrillMaster Music is the best inspiration :P I used a quote from a song that fit the main character of my sig...
