lopee
Ok, so Im been playing the game for a while, and Ive notice some things that have bothered me. As I said in the thread I made earlier, I wanted to know how to make the player car ACT like the NPC car, and I was told that was almost impossible...BUT. As it turns out, you can to some degree make it act like the demo car. TRY THIS THE NEXT TIME YOU DRIVE - Firstly, change the camera angle of the car to look behind instead of front view.. - Then drive in reverse, meaning you hold the back arrow and turn right with left arrow and left with right arrow. What i discovered from this was that the car will go (surprisingly) a little bit faster, and it will be MUCH easier handling on it. Now, if there was any way to mod a player car to make the reverse speed and handling in the normal driving state (without holding arrow down and flipping the camera view). I'm a rookie in this modding community and modding generally, but I'll try my best to come up with a solution Jack Bluebeard
DrDeath
I do this all the time on Burnout Paradise as the Rai-Jin Turbo is faster in reverse then most cars are forward. I will have to try this on RR now.

At least I already knew about this and maybe there's already a topic somewhere around the forum...
RobExplorien
The handling does feel a bit different, but I have my doubts about it going any faster.
Jack Bluebeard
In fact it should be the engine's sound giving the impression that the car goes a little slower than the NPC. But if you put the engine.pcm instead of the eengine.pcm, leaving the standard engine in the car of the player you will hear that the NPC car has the engine sound a bit stronger and higher-pitched than your car
Jack Bluebeard
Can I add a little particular to the lopee's start comment? When you drive in reverse the way to turn is like that you can see in the demo. Maybe in the beta or alpha versions the driving way was similar or same to that of the opponents.
