For non-math-nerds, e is Euler's constant (I can't remember how to put the correct symbol for it). Cirevam Posted November 21, 2009 Share Posted November 21, 2009 Do you think that, if you take the decimal out, a certain length of pi would be a large prime? I know a lot of random number generators and some basic RSA encryptions use 231 - 1 since can be stored as a 32-bit integer and is easy to remember, but pi doesn't seem to follow any real pattern so it should be hiding a bunch of primes in there.
