When you hover over a link, a little icon comes up. When you hover over that, a special window comes up with the web page. And when the cursor weaves the window boundaries, the window closes. Try it. A Firefox plugin that enables light "skins" that do not require any restarting. You can click on an icon and a list of themes will pop up. Firebug: n.
