The message reads "The program can't start because d3drm.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling to fix this problem."

I have reinstalled 3 or 4 times and haven't found an answer, I'm running Win7 64 bit, please help!

That's because as of Vista, Windows doesn't ship with d3drm.dll. You need to add that to the LRR folder to get it to run. I can't find the topic with the download link, so just use LMS instead. (http://www.rockraidersunited.org/topic/4079-lms-lrr-modding-system/) It will automatically place the dll for you and if you decide you want to mod the game later, you can use it to extract the wads.

This should solve your issue:

"Missing d3drm.dll" error when running Rock Raiders" section. ;)

Says that d3drm is missing after running LMS.

You did put LMS in the same folder as the LegoRR.exe, yes?

Edit: I'm looking into my code to make sure I didn't break it somehow.

Edit 2: No, I actually broke it. Weird. Well just download this: https://ore.rockraidersunited.org/legacy/D3DRM_26640.zip and put it in the folder.

Yeah, turns out that I'm just really stupid and managed to break the code to add the dll file. I'm putting a new release out now, but le found the direct link. Use that if you want. LMS is still relatively new and alpha, so it doesn't do much.
