You need to add that to the LRR folder to get it to run. I can't find the topic with the download link, so just use LMS instead. (http://www.rockraidersunited.org/topic/4079-lms-lrr-modding-system/) It will automatically place the dll for you and if you decide you want to mod the game later, you can use it to extract the wads. Edit: I'm looking into my code to make sure I didn't break it somehow. Edit 2: No, I actually broke it. Weird. I'm putting a new release out now, but le found the direct link. Use that if you want. LMS is still relatively new and alpha, so it doesn't do much.
