Didn't happen when I loaded the game though, but it was when I skateboarded into the edge of the mountain (when trying to skate off), and then my skateboard would get stuck and when I put it away I got stuck in the mountain. Some little while ago I made a video of me getting stuck in the ground (one on space mountain and once at the garage). Never knew what the cause of the mountain one was until then.
