I have the opportunity to go to Germany for a week through my school. Should i go? I'll post a picture of the trip stuff eventually. Oh btw, its about $2,500. Cirevam Posted November 28, 2009 Share Posted November 28, 2009 To be honest, you might be better off waiting until college and doing a study abroad program in Germany for a semester. I don't know how much a study abroad program costs right now, but if you do the math spending a week in the Vaterland would cost around $400 per day, and with the US dollar being as weak as it is you're not going to be bringing back any big souvenirs. At that point it's a really expensive vacation rather than a real learning experience. If you want a vacation, definitely go for it, but if I were you I'd wait.
