Quisoves Potoo
Salutations to all within this forum. Well, what to say...? I am a fan of LEGO in its myriads of forms, including its incursions into the realm of video games. Since I dabble in "modding," I am quite happy to have discovered this forum, seeing as it is home to several experienced programmers cum modders. I should like to thank them for the invaluable tools and information they have provided (and will hopefully continue to provide) for the modding of certain beloved LEGO games. While I am a fan of most LEGO video games, those published by LEGO Media hold a special place in my heart. While the current line of games produced by Travelers Tales is commendable in not only its quality, but also its overall stability and success (something Lego video game producers prior to 2005 did not always have,) I still find a special magic in the Lego games produced before it. That said, I hope that I will make worthy contributions to this site. I apologize for the fact that I will likely ask more questions than I answer and propose more ideas than I bring to fruition. I hope that I shall be a regular member, but, as in most things, I can never be certain. Jimbob
Welcome to the forum Mr. Pugnat. Judging by your avatar, if sheep ever do invade RRU, I'll be taking cover behind you. It's great to have another member on board with a love of classic LEGO games, and also there's no need to apologise for asking more questions than answers. After all: "He who asks a question is a fool for five minutes; he who does not ask a question remains a fool forever." Besides, someone has to ask the questions, and there's always someone else who benefits from it. Quisoves Potoo
Quisoves Potoo
Here's to the future: May sheep never overwhelm Rock Raiders United! Welcome to RRU. Egads! Let us only hope that Don Quixote rises from his ages of slumber to safeguard us in our hour of need. Well, regardless, I will do my best to make certain the Sheeple never becomes a Grendal to the merry mead-hall that is Rock Raiders United.
