And because of this news, I shall try playing around with this file. I relocated it to coordinates 0 0 0 I think. Yep, that's 0 0 0 alright. Except for the Y. That's clearly not 0. Not sure how EXTRACTING would work exactly (unless models and textures are kept in the SIs like the music), more like just a tool to modify things. Just open the isle.si file in a hex editor, search "InfoCenter_Entity" and you will get to the area that I modified.
