I have all of le717's lines, all of my lines (of course), Chonsy's lines (of course, again), and one of Oboe Shoes's lines. I don't know where I can get the others.

I don't think I've ever mass-released all the voices, as some were scattered across the topic and others sent in PMs.

Didn't you only need the alien voices?

Well you should. :P Or at least you could send me them.

I could use having all of them, maybe some need rebalancing, equalization, denoising or something else. Maybe I'll even modify some voices digitally so that it sounds like there are more voice actors. :P

No I shouldn't and won't. I will however distribute the voices early to those working with them. ;P

Does anyone plan to do a playthrough of LR2 with this mod when its completed?

Your phrasing implies this mod will ever be completed ;)

Funnily enough my computer was freaking out with LR2 not long ago, not even a reinstall worked. I did a lot of messing around until something hit and it worked again.

Have you got an estimate on how complete this is? For example what proportion of the voices are recorded, what proportion are implemented, etc.

I've been looking forward to this project's completion since it was started a year and a half ago, it'd be great to see how much progress you've made. Kudos for keeping up with it too Xiron, you really deserve a bundle of Energy Crystals or something for your commitment to this project.

If things go as I was told, the recordings should be 100% finished by the end of today. I most certainly hope they will be.

For scripts progress, everything is done except for the ones that the lines are missing. Those are needed to match up facial timings and such.

Strangely, I remember already posting this but I looked through all the pages and couldn't find it, so I'm going to post it "again":

Once you are done doing the LR2 Voiced Scripts, will you do an LR1 Voiced Scripts? Despite there being very little dialogue compared to LR2, it would still be pretty neat to see... But then again I doubt it would be possible to mod such a thing in, due to having less of an understand of LR1's code compared to LR2.

I'd do some voice acting, but my voice is terrible, and honestly after rewatching Legos in Castles, I sounded like a retarded squealer from a multiplayer FPS game. While I might be exaggerating the situation (my voice and recorded voice from LoC sounded very different) I was given a sort of voice-acting stage fright and I also don't have a Microphone, so I won't be able to record anything. Again, I'd do it if I could.

Totally possible! Just embed the voice audio into the music track :) (As I don't think there is a way to add in new custom sounds, but I could be wrong) those voicing could even replace the in-race voices if they like.

Another thing I have considered doing is a revoice/rewrite of LEGO Island 2 also, since many people complain about how horrible the writing and voices are.

Ah yes, I remember when you once posted "LI2 revoice/rewrite anyone? :af:". Can't find the post though. However, because again, there isn't much dialogue in LR1, you could just speedily do LR1 after LR2, and then jump right into LI2. :P

This would be absolutely amazing. Anything to make that game more of its original vision and less of the trainwreck it really is would be welcomed by me.

Hmm, maybe I should getting a head start on this project and consider that PM now... there will need to be some planning involved first before any writing gets started.
