King Kahuka
Strangely my car can only power slide right, and not left. If I try and power slide left, the car won't turn at all and just carries on in a straight line.
mumboking
That may be a limitation of your keyboard. I have that problem... Can you try a different one? Here's something you can use to test if it's a keyboard limitation. http://www.microsoft.com/appliedsciences/content/projects/KeyboardGhostingDemo.aspx Holding "space, up and right" works for me, but holding "space, up and left" won't recognise the left key. It's ignoring the last key pressed out of those... You could always change the key bindings... King Kahuka
LimeKiller
Yes, change the key bindings. I had the same problem, and switching it to shift (I think) solved the issue.
alan
The last computer where I did not have this problem was a Windows 98 in year 2002 and before... after this all computers I ever used seemed to have this problem, not matter what keyboard was plugged in. And since then I always (in every racing game) use M as handbrake... By using this key with the pointer finger you can put three more fingers on G, H and C, so you have even more possibilities

Fluffy Cupcake
Use a gamepad. Though really, I never play a racing game without one now.
RockRaiderWolf
hmm haven't noticed this before, I'll have to check to see if I have this issue when I have a chance.
King Kahuka
Thank you, I changed the power slide key to shift and it now works! This is going to make trying to do Rocket Racer Run with no green bricks a lot easier...
