dead_name
So this isn't really a Tool as such, rather a code library upon which tools can be built. If you're a C# programmer, this is a goldmine for you It's still very work-in-progress but it's largely functional and I've used it in several tools. https://bitbucket.org/WillKirkby/liblr1/src grappigegovert, Quisoves Potoo, lol username and 5 others
Cyrem
Thank-you! Looking forward to seeing what tools people create with this.

RobExplorien
I'd like to know one thing, will this library still be a goldmine if programming tools in C++, or more of a coalmine? And what about the language Java? I've never used C# and I was thinking of rewriting a tool in Java, and still thinking how it can read directly from the binary file (and then your library popped up). It'd be a goldmine from behind glass. Look and observe. It's for C#, if you know Java it should be somewhat easy to pickup and it'd probably be a benefit to learn. But no, you can't just plug this into any other language but you can learn from it.
dead_name
I have last night committed code to this which allows for BMP decompression. Massive thank-you to Sluicer for providing this code. Sluicer and Fluffy Cupcake
Fluffy Cupcake
Okay, so you have a topic for LibLR1, but why not LibLR2? I remember searching for it some time ago on the RRU search, and I couldn't find anything on it. I had to find the page through other means.
