aidenpons
This is the thread for the most stupid Lego Ideas sets you've seen. I'll start off with a lengthy list. My personal favourites are marked with an unobtrusive asterisk. I am sorry, there are far too many asterisks, but some of them are hilarious. I'm sorry if I offend anyone by laughing at something that was their childhood or anything, but I hope you'll be able to laugh with me. If you can only check one then check this: https://ideas.lego.com/projects/100824 My top favourite. (Just because you post in here doesn't mean I add it to the list, I am allowed to have discretion =P) https://ideas.lego.com/projects/99308https://ideas.lego.com/projects/99921https://ideas.lego.com/projects/100026 *https://ideas.lego.com/projects/14403 *https://ideas.lego.com/projects/14106https://ideas.lego.com/projects/20397https://ideas.lego.com/projects/101107https://ideas.lego.com/projects/101111https://ideas.lego.com/projects/101136 *https://ideas.lego.com/projects/100803 *https://ideas.lego.com/projects/101075 *https://ideas.lego.com/projects/91140https://ideas.lego.com/projects/101303https://ideas.lego.com/projects/96884https://ideas.lego.com/projects/102586 *https://ideas.lego.com/projects/102417 *https://ideas.lego.com/projects/101830https://ideas.lego.com/projects/101866 *https://ideas.lego.com/projects/101840 *https://ideas.lego.com/projects/102814 *https://ideas.lego.com/projects/102732https://ideas.lego.com/projects/102933 *https://ideas.lego.com/projects/75472https://ideas.lego.com/projects/99235https://ideas.lego.com/projects/85418 *https://ideas.lego.com/projects/99103https://ideas.lego.com/projects/101780 *https://ideas.lego.com/projects/81 *https://ideas.lego.com/projects/91813https://ideas.lego.com/projects/101247 * https://ideas.lego.com/projects/51357 https://ideas.lego.com/projects/137961https://ideas.lego.com/projects/136367https://ideas.lego.com/projects/137258https://ideas.lego.com/projects/135622https://ideas.lego.com/projects/135723 *https://ideas.lego.com/projects/135770https://ideas.lego.com/projects/135187https://ideas.lego.com/projects/134913https://ideas.lego.com/projects/134729https://ideas.lego.com/projects/134343 apologies to SW fanshttps://ideas.lego.com/projects/134146https://ideas.lego.com/projects/132725 ow, my eyeshttps://ideas.lego.com/projects/133369https://ideas.lego.com/projects/133320https://ideas.lego.com/projects/128389 Ayliffe and Ben24x7
Pranciblad
IDK, the xylophone is unusual, but not really bad per se. And the board game is a somewhat interesting concept if not really interesting otherwise. Probably could have used better presentation.
Excalibur
To be fair, I think a lot are "stupid" for one reason or another. Be it for legal reasons, end-cost reasons, licensing reasons or just "who the hell is going to buy that" reasons. Building and posting a really "cool" Lego set is a form of masturbation for some or an achievement for others - there are a lot of kids who use LEGO and these could be 13 year olds with learning difficulties! However, I feel some do it to try and get something viral or just for a laugh. Heck, some are probably done by LEGO employees for a joke! But behold, Stanley is mega cute! emily
https://ideas.lego.com/projects/99308 The guy who made this must be in Central America. In Guatemala a lot of places had walls that, during the civil war, were lined with shattered glass from beer bottles and such to keep out intruders. Cats are smart though so they would like to show off and walk along the tops of the walls, never stepping on a shard. Excalibur
Interesting, in Gibraltar there's a wall lined with glass shards to try to prevent the macaques from coming down into town, surprisingly it seems to work!
Ben24x7
[sarcasm] Yeah!; I most certainitly want a Food Truck that looks like it was thrown into a Trash-compactor! Oh I totally want LEGO Shrek to become a reality! It's my childhood dreams! Yes! I want Thor's awkwardly squished hammer to put into my "Amasinnn' Legaw seets!" coffins
https://ideas.lego.com/projects/14403 Eh... Uh... Hmm... How this question-like guy with extra neck is going to stand properly? Also, anyone who says "So the supporting is very logic" it not a native english speaker. Still I like the phrase "very logic". aidenpons

MaelstromIslander
Y'know... These ideas are actually better than you're making them out to be, and actually some of them are pretty detailed.

Quisoves Potoo
Y'know... These ideas are actually better than you're making them out to be, and actually some of them are pretty detailed. Keep in mind that there are multiple factors for any project. One might be well designed and presented, but a terrible idea for a set, e.g. the Air Jordan XI, or a perfectly plausible set, but terribly presented, e.g. Shrek. That said, I agree that many of these are hardly the worst of Ideas/Cuusoo, but that's damning with faint praise.
The Ace Railgun
https://ideas.lego.com/projects/99921 I actually like this idea, though that may just be my band geek side rearing it's head In terms of bad ones though... https://ideas.lego.com/projects/51357 Edited May 21, 2015 by The Ace Railgun aidenpons
Excalibur
https://ideas.lego.com/projects/99921 I actually like this idea, though that may just be my band geek side rearing it's head You know what would be cool, if each one had a button area that you could bash with the 'sticks' and it would actually trigger a sample or a tone generator and produce the sound! Ben24x7
https://ideas.lego.com/projects/68710 The foliage in this set is almost TOO good... Also, I find it ridiculous this is based on a single Doctor Who episode, which is described in confusing english.
