Zed
I actually found this a while ago, but I didn't take a screenshot until today: Not sure why the devs didn't notice or get rid of this, but it could just be a UV Mapping glitch. Also, look at how misaligned those brick textures are!
lol username
Heh, what building is this on? There's a similar mistake on the bottom of the antennae at the top of Studz's house. You can only really see it in first person.

You can only really see it in first person. It's in the back of the post office on one of the conveyor belt walls. Interesting that this isn't just the only one. Considering these spots don't have detailed textures, it could be that both errors are the consequence for using a single palette texture to map the colors for many objects on the island. I don't know how many pallets exists, but to my knowledge there is at least four, Yep, pretty much. IXS uses the main palette with 30+ colors and three other versions that have different hues (These are used when you change the colors of vehicles). There also is a fifth one that only uses the more basic colors of the original palette (I think just 12 solid and then 8 transparent, but I can't be sure). NPC hats use their own individual colors, so I'm not sure why other objects don't just use a common texture like in LR2. Maybe because the palette was more convenient?
