dsdude123
I've managed to rip a model of Qui-Gon from The Complete Saga. Not sure if anyone has done this before or if it is of any use to anyone but I thought I'd share it (perhaps it might be useful for LEGO Worlds modding down the road?). Only problems I've had with ripping is that the face expression textures aren't ripped. If anyone wants the model file, feel free to ask (it's a 3DS Max 2014 file). Fluffy Cupcake
NinjaRipper or 3D Ripper DX? Or something else?
dsdude123
NinjaRipper or 3D Ripper DX? Or something else? NinjaRipper, I had tried 3DVIA Printscreen before but it just hung up my computer.
Fluffy Cupcake
I'd post a picture of my rips from TLM game, but I can't be bothered to get everything set up right now. I know why the face 'textures' aren't ripped. It's because they aren't textures, but objects. I know from ripping a few characters from TLM. (I used NinjaRipper too). dsdude123
dsdude123
My next rip is the bartender in the cantina. My current plan is to rip all the minifigs for use in future projects and maybe a LEGO Worlds mod if these characters aren't included. I'll continue to post my progress here (or would it perhaps belong better in a blog?)
Fluffy Cupcake
Either works, really. If you use a blog you won't have to worry about a long chain of posts being done just by you with no responses. dsdude123

Very true, all future posts regarding my model ripping progress (as well as other things) can be found on my blog! http://www.rockraidersunited.com/blogs/blog/199-dsdude123s-modding-madness/
