Fluffy Cupcake
If you were to install the PC demo of LEGO Racers, you would notice that the intro is like the N64 version - a high voltage intro that isn't pre-rendered with less detail, as well as the addition of the extra intro afterwards with Rocket Racer racing on the test track which you don't normally get on the PC. The thing is though, with these intros not being pre-rendered, the files must exist ya? You're absolutely right! Three folders were removed from the MenuData folder in the final release, and these are: LEGOINTR - LEGO Media intro (differs from final PC release) HVSINTRO - High Voltage Software intro MAININTR - Rocket Racing on the test track intro. For your convenience of not having to download the demo and extract these files yourself, I've gone and uploaded them here: http://oresome.rockraidersunited.com/download/398 Note: Since we can have the HVS music track separate from the sfx, I think I'll do a mashup with just the music on the video sometime later today. Inb4 someone texture edits the voltage sign. Ben24x7
mumboking
I wonder... Can this be put back into the full game or will it not even attempt to use them?
Fluffy Cupcake
I tried putting it in and removing the video. It asked for the video.

lol username
Here's some screenshots of the track models used in this intro - it's a bunch of small edited sections of the test track. One screenshot per model, except the second and third images, which are of the same model. They're fairly sloppy in some places, but they do their job. Edit: Oh yeah, some wall/edge pieces too: Fluffy Cupcake, Quisoves Potoo, Ben24x7 and 5 others
mumboking
Interesting... Was the test track going to have that rocky part originally then? Quisoves Potoo
lol username
We know that at one point it had jumps like this (they're still visible on the load screen, too): Quisoves Potoo
